Nuts about good Nutrition

Despite being high in fat, nuts are possibly the most weight loss friendly food. They are low in carbs but high in fiber, healthy fats and PROTEIN.(1)
Although we eat very healthy in our home, we are not able to consume the daily recommended vitamins and nutrients. I personally am not a huge fan of FDA recommendations, however I am inclined to use those recommendations as a baseline.
