Despite being high in fat, nuts are possibly the most weight loss friendly food. They are low in carbs but high in fiber, healthy fats and PROTEIN.(1)

The #HiresHouse loves Pecans and Almonds.  Chop up your Pecans, roast them a little bit and add to your salad.  I can think of a few dozen different ways to serve up your favorite NUT. 

Although we eat very healthy in our home, we are not able to consume the daily recommended vitamins and nutrients.  I personally am not a huge fan of FDA recommendations, however I am inclined to use those recommendations as a baseline.  With that in mind, we have chosen to enrich our daily lives by using only the best supplements, USANA Supplements
